EMFOB is a job consultancy and freelancing platform designed to connect Employers, Employees, Consultants, and Freelancers for various employment and freelancing opportunities. We provide different types of logins for users, including Admin, Consultancy, Employer, Employee, and Freelancer. These terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of the login type.

2. Definitions

  • Admin: The platform’s system administrator who has access to all aspects of the platform.
  • Consultancy: A registered entity offering employment services, recruitment, or other consultancy-related services.
  • Employer: A registered entity or individual hiring employees or freelancers through the platform.
  • Employee: A registered individual seeking full-time or part-time employment opportunities.
  • Freelancer: A registered individual offering services on a project or contract basis.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 General Responsibilities

  • By using EMFOB, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating and updating your profile.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while using the platform.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or impersonation.

3.2 Admin Responsibilities

  • Admins are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the platform and ensuring all users are adhering to the platform’s terms.
  • Admins may access, edit, and remove content submitted by users in accordance with platform guidelines.

3.3 Consultancy Responsibilities

  • Consultancies are responsible for managing job postings, recruitment processes, and any other services they provide through the platform.
  • Consultancies must verify all job listings and ensure they comply with applicable labor laws.

3.4 Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers must provide accurate job descriptions, roles, and expectations for positions posted on the platform.
  • Employers are responsible for the timely processing of applications, interviews, and hiring.

3.5 Employee Responsibilities

  • Employees must apply for jobs that match their skills, qualifications, and career goals.
  • Employees agree to participate in the hiring process with respect and professionalism.

3.6 Freelancer Responsibilities

  • Freelancers must maintain a professional profile, submit accurate service descriptions, and provide quality services to clients.
  • Freelancers agree to honor their commitments to clients and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

4. Platform Usage

  • Users may use EMFOB solely for legitimate purposes related to employment, recruitment, and freelancing.
  • The platform may be used to search for job opportunities, post job listings, manage recruitment, and hire freelancers.
  • All users are prohibited from engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the platform’s normal operation.

5. Account Management

  • Users must create and maintain an account to access the platform. Accounts should be kept secure, and users should immediately report any unauthorized access.
  • EMFOB reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

6. Payment and Fees

  • Fees for services (if applicable) will be outlined on the platform. Users are responsible for paying any fees associated with their usage of the platform.
  • Payment for freelancing services will be handled through the platform, and any disputes between freelancers and clients should be addressed through EMFOB’s support system.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

  • All content uploaded or posted by users on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective users.
  • EMFOB retains the right to use user-generated content for promotional purposes, subject to the platform’s privacy policy.
  • Users grant EMFOB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content for the purpose of operating the platform.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • By using EMFOB, users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy.
  • Users agree not to share or misuse any personal information obtained through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is not responsible for the actions or omissions of users, including Employers, Employees, Consultancies, and Freelancers.
  • EMFOB is not liable for any employment disputes or contract issues between users.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the platform will be handled in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
